Iconic Family owned & operated business and property for sale. Since 1933 Spencer's Ice cream in Bradley has been providing handmade premium ice cream to its patrons. The store going year round with a summer peak. Events and fundraisers peak in the fall and return in the spring. This stabilizes the ice cream business and its cash flow. The apartments and its recent change from long to short term rental has significantly boosted that cash flow.
