DEP Registered Gravel Pit. 25+ acres. Roughly 9 acres of pit and 16 acres of mostly fields with some woods. Fields could be part of pit as well. Great top soil/loam, sand and gravel here. This area is know for its great dirt product. Currently the Pit is leased until May and couple possibly be extended. Lots of money to be made here!
